About Us

SL Grup’s foundations were laid in 1999 through work in construction, demolition and excavation. Field experience and technical knowledge gained in the early stages of building development later expanded into residential construction and professional real estate advisory, forming the basis of today’s group. Bringing different areas of expertise together under a shared vision, SL Grup now operates through TME Yapı, Mavi Yıkım and Bu Yatırım.

Care in every undertaking, the ability to adapt to changing needs and a commitment to long-term business relationships have shaped our development. We combine our experience with current engineering practices and a professional service approach to create lasting value in every field in which we operate.

Our companies retain their individual specialisms while forming a complementary service structure within SL Grup. From preparing existing buildings for redevelopment to creating new living spaces and evaluating real estate, this structure allows us to consider projects across their different stages.

Quality, responsibility and transparent communication are central to our approach. We assess each project according to its particular needs and conditions, and value relationships built on mutual trust with clients, employees and business partners. Our aim is to build on our experience to support quality construction, informed property decisions and long-term partnerships.

Our Mission

To combine our expertise in construction, demolition and real estate advisory under a shared commitment to quality, providing reliable, practical solutions that meet our clients’ needs. With occupational health and safety, environmental responsibility and transparent communication as our foundations, we aim to create lasting value for our clients, partners and society.

Our Vision

To become a preferred group for reliability and service quality in construction, redevelopment and real estate, combining established field experience with innovative practices and a strong organisation. Through responsible growth and long-term partnerships, we seek to contribute to quality living environments and create value for future generations.
